Elgibility
A bachelor's degree or an equivalent in any discipline from a recognized university with at least 50% aggregate or an equivalent CGPA. Students appearing in the final examination of a bachelor's degree can also apply.
Total Number of Seats : 120 (PGDM-Gen)
- ONE IIM/XLRI Alumni/faculty + ONE senior management executive from ICT Industry will work as dedicated mentors for each team.
- These mentors will guide the respective students in Academic, Internship Projects and Final Placements.
Call for GD/PI
There is no cut-off pre-defined, but the merit list is prepared on the basis of any equivalent National or state level Common Admission Test like CAT/XAT/GMAT/MAT/ISTTMAT/ICET etc. Percentile for calling candidates for GD and Interview in a ratio of 1:5 for total number of seats in all the programmes after all the applications have been received by closing dates.
The Merit is prepared on the basis of weightages:
- Academics: 30%
- GD/Personal Interview (F2F): 20%
- Personal Interview (Telephone/Skype): 20%
- Entrance Test: 30%
Note:
- Suitable weightages for Work Experience, Academic & Regional background, Professional Qualification etc. are also given.
- Applying for admission does not ensure that the candidate will be called for GD / PI process or get admission. The discretion of the admission committee of the Institute will be final in all such matters.

Step I: Procurement of Application form (common for all the programmes) : Application form can be acquired from 15th February 2024 onwards
- Application form can be purchased from ISTTM Corporate office by paying Rs. 1000/- in cash.

Step II : Submission of Form : Last date for submission of Application form for all the programmes is 30th April 2024.
Step III : Call for Telephonic Interview from 1st May, 2024 to 31st May, 2024 (tentative)

Time Schedule: 10:30 AM onwards
Following Documents are Required at the Time of Interview :
- Photo copies of marks sheet of 10th Std, 10+2, Graduation and work experience (if any)
- A copy of Aadhar card
- For Foreign Nationals : GMAT score card to be presented along with the Academic certificates
Step lV : Declaration of Final Selection List : Final Selection List would be declared via registered email as the student completes all the rounds of selection process
Step V : Fee Submission
- All the selected students are supposed to pay the token Admission fee within 7 working days after they receive the admission confirmation email/Letter.
- Admission fee : INR 50,000/- Payable via DD/NEFT/RTGS/Cheque/Cash Voucher
- Bank details as above mentioned
Beginning of the Course : Academic sessions of all the programmes will start from 19th July 2024 (tentative).
Financing of Programmes
- Final Selection List would be declared on 10th July 2024 (tentative)
- A period of three days would be given to the selected candidates from the day of declaration of final selection list to submit first installment.
ISTTM has an understanding with following Banks for providing education loans to our students on priority, subject to fulfillment of their terms and documentation requirement by the Students.

Interested students may contact any of the above bank branches at their place of residence regarding documentation requirements & other terms and conditions for availing education loan at competitive rates.
Note : However, the institute cannot extend the time limit for deposit of fees at the time of admission or at any other time due to delay in availing of education loan by the students. The documentation support has to be honored by the candidate as required by the financial institution.
Scholarships Offered To motivate prospective candidates and attract meritorious candidates from economically weaker section to join, scholarships are offered to the students on means-cum-merit based on written test or pre written competitive exam results/Performance in Graduation in the order of merit list of the selected students every year.
